A szélsőséges dzsihádista csoport, az ISIS közzé tett egy újabb videót, amin az amerikai újságíró, Steven Sotloff kivégzése látszódik. A gyilkos terrorista feltehetően ugyanaz a brit férfi, aki két hete James Foley-t is hasonló módon ölte meg.
